A psychologist with passion for design, people organization and also an audiovisual enthusiast. Over the past two years, I've handled everything from high-level recruiting to international compliance, team development, and growth strategies — all while managing remote teams across four different time zones and keeping a paralell life in academic research and psychotherapy.
My journey began six years ago, as a Project & Experience Manager for a small tech group, but working with big companies as clients. There, with Mesa Company knowledge, I honed my skills in Talent Curatorship, Experience Design and Methodology, but eventually I decided to tap back into my roots in psychology and HR. I became a Freelance HR consultant and Psychotherapist, bringing with me the Design Thinking vision and tools learned from my work experience.
This path led me to my last role in EAT, a Global Design Studio, where I could built a new HR system, focused on workers care and culture. During this time, I also earned a Master's degree in Psychology and Health, researching the well-being and career development of temporary and freelance workers. Recently I left EAT going back to my career focus on Psychotherapy, Life Design Counseling and HR Consultance Projects.

Currently, I offer continuous and ponctual services, providing a line more focused on personal development and another inclined to group or organizational processes. Each service has different hour wages deriving according to their complexity, research and development level or frequency.
